Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Coordinator to support our SaaS Engineering team with operational excellence, process coordination, and documentation management. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting technical, engineering, IT, or SaaS-focused teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, training events, or stakeholder forums.
• Demonstrated ability to manage documentation, process workflows, and action item tracking.
• Experience working in cross-functional and multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team activities and workflows within Jira
• Facilitate team meetings, vendor forums, office hours, and quality improvement sessions
• Create agendas, capture meeting notes, track action items, and drive follow-up to completion
• Manage and maintain team documentation, ensuring content remains accurate and up to date
• Develop and maintain onboarding materials for new team members and suppliers
• Collect, analyze, and publish operational and performance metrics
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across the team
• Coordinate activities across multiple vendors and stakeholders
• Provide light technical support and resolve assigned support tickets as needed
• Support operational planning and communication efforts across the SaaS Engineering organization
