Job summary

Sayers is seeking a detail-driven Services Coordinator to support the Consulting Services team. You will collaborate with recruiters to manage candidate intake, scheduling, and onboarding, while maintaining compliant documentation and reporting.

The role requires coordinating time tracking, invoicing, payroll, and compliance across the consultant lifecycle, using systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and FieldGlass. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, staffing, recruiting coordination, or consultant management.
• Extreme attention to detail and highly organized work style.
• Strong onboarding, compliance, and contract management knowledge.
• Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, FieldGlass, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Launch candidate intake, schedule screenings and client interviews, and assist onboarding.
• Maintain accurate applicant database and support onboarding processes.
• Assist Services Manager with time tracking, invoicing/payroll, and compliance related communications.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets for onboarding, access, equipment, and issue resolution; update offboarding records.
