Job summary

Moody's is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead full-system SaaS programs from concept through launch and stabilization. You will own program delivery, align roadmaps with architecture, and drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product, UX/Research, Data/Platform, Security, Legal/Compliance, Customer Success, Support, and GTM.

The role requires 4–7 years in software program management, expertise in release management and Agile delivery, and strong communication for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe are a plus.
4-7 years of program/project management experience in software, including 2+ years leading large SaaS programs.

Responsibilities

Lead full-system SaaS programs from concept through launch and post-launch stabilization.
Own program delivery from concept to launch by supporting discovery, defining scope and milestones, and driving execution through release and stabilization.
Translate product vision into an integrated plan by aligning roadmap with technical architecture and capacity across teams.
Drive cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Product, UX/Research, Data/Platform, Security, Legal/Compliance, Customer Success, Support, and GTM.
Establish and run the program’s operating cadence, including standups, reviews, dependency syncs, and launch readiness checkpoints.
Own dependency and critical-path management by identifying cross-team issues, driving resolutions, and maintaining milestone visibility.
Manage risk and change by surfacing issues, quantifying impacts, and proposing mitigation options.
