Insight Global Consulting is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multi-team technical initiatives from concept through delivery. You will coordinate across Sales, Solutions, Delivery, Architecture, Engineering, and client teams, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires 7+ years in program management, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of guiding large technical programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program/project management experience, incl. 5+ years leading large technical programs.
• Client-facing experience with stakeholder relationships.
• Experience managing teams of 15+ members.
• Strong technical background in software development or data-focused roles.
• Budget management and tracking program finances.
• Proficient in Agile and traditional PM methodologies.
• Coaching Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, continuous improvement).
• Experience working with on-shore and off-shore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technical and engineering projects from concept through delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, resource needs, and communication cadences.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, Delivery, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and client teams to align objectives and scope.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable plans for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, governance routines, and escalation discussions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalate with recommended solutions.
• Ensure plans reflect architectural feasibility, integration needs, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate between sales commitments, solution design, delivery, and customer expectations.
• Track health, milestones, KPIs; provide status updates to leadership.
