Job summary

Moody's Investors Service in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead full-system SaaS programs from concept through launch and post-launch stabilization.

You will translate product vision into integrated plans, manage cross‑functional workstreams across Engineering, Product, UX/Research, Data/Platform, Security, Compliance, Customer Success, Support, and GTM, and drive milestones, risk decisions, and launch readiness.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of program/project management experience in software, including 2+ years managing large SaaS programs across teams.
• Strong understanding of full-system SaaS delivery, release management, deployment strategies, reliability, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-system SaaS programs from concept through launch and post-launch stabilization.
• Own program delivery from concept to launch and stabilization, including discovery, milestones, and release.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Engineering, Product, UX/Research, Data/Platform, Security, Legal/Compliance, Customer Success, Support and GTM.
• Establish and run the program's operating cadence with standups, reviews, dependency syncs, and launch readiness checkpoints.
• Manage dependencies and risk, quantify impacts, and escalate with recommendations.
• Lead launch readiness and go-live activities, ensuring test coverage, release criteria, and security approvals.
