Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a business systems, data analyst, or systems administration role.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL a plus.
• Experience with a property management platform (Entrata, Yardi, RealPage, or similar) is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to uncover the story behind data.
• Clear written and verbal communication, explaining systems to non-technical teammates.
• Detail-oriented with a track record of catching issues.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Real estate, property management, or student housing background is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer core business systems, including the property management platform.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for leadership and operations visibility.
• Analyze operational and financial data to spot trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Document workflows and design better ones as the portfolio grows.
• Partner with property-level and corporate teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Test new system features, integrations, and process changes before rollout.
• Troubleshoot data and systems issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain data accuracy across systems through audits and cleanup.
• Train team members on system updates, reports, and best practices.
