Job summary

FUNDVIEW seeks a Technical Business Systems Analyst to bridge Product, Customer Success, Delivery, and Support teams in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment. You will drive new customer implementations and internal roadmap enhancements to deliver continuous value for city and municipal clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and strong problem-solving as you translate business needs into actionable requirements and lead cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years as a BSA or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with managing multiple client implementations and internal product enhancements.
• Familiarity with SaaS implementation methodologies and data migration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Implementation Project Managers and Product teams to support requirements discovery and successful rollout of new customers and features.
• Translate customer needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in configuration, UAT planning, and validation of new product capabilities.
• Assist customer-facing teams in troubleshooting and resolving implementation issues.
• Gather, prioritize, and refine enhancement requests with Product Management based on impact.
