Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates have experience supporting on-premise and SaaS applications and excel in requirements gathering, process analysis, and system integration.
• They are able to translate business needs into effective technical solutions and bring strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to support successful delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications
• Plan and coordinate end-user reviews for new and existing systems, configurations, and integrations
• Facilitate stakeholder brainstorming sessions to define problems and successful solutions
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements using industry best practices
• Conduct functional and gap analyses to define future-state architecture
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
• Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication
• Support enterprise system alignment with evolving business and end-user needs
• Collaborate with partner teams to deliver requirements through user stories, tickets, and design documentation
• Work with technical teams to design and implement integrated IT solutions
• Manage small to medium-sized projects and support larger initiatives with IT project managers
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and root-cause analysis for system issues
