Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements for SaaS, on-premise, and hardware-enabled systems. You will work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business goals, product strategy, and technical execution.

The role supports the full software development lifecycle, including elicitation, analysis, UAT participation, and user training, with a strong focus on communication and collaborative delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech-focused environment
• Experience gathering and prioritizing requirements for SaaS, on-premise, and embedded hardware-enabled solutions
• Experience onboarding, training, or enablement initiatives; strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for SaaS, on-premise, and embedded hardware-integrated solutions
• Translate customer, operational, and regulatory needs into clear user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Break down complex system requirements involving software–hardware interactions into manageable components
• Act as liaison between stakeholders, product teams, and engineering groups throughout the lifecycle
