Job summary

FUNDVIEW, a cloud-based solution provider for local governments, seeks a Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge Product, Customer Success, Delivery and Support teams.

In this B2B SaaS role, you will drive requirements, translate business needs into user stories, support implementations for new customers and features, and contribute to product roadmaps while ensuring value delivery for cities and municipalities.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a BSA, Business Analyst or similar role in B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with managing multiple client implementations and internal product enhancement projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SaaS implementation methodologies and data migration concepts.
• Deep skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing user stories/acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Delivery, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in configuration, UAT planning and execution, and validation of new product capabilities.
• Assist customer-facing teams in troubleshooting and resolving implementation-related issues.
• Engage with Product Management to gather, prioritize, and refine enhancement requests.
• Break down complex platform functionality into actionable requirements enabling Engineering development.
• Partner with QA to support test case development and acceptance validation for enhancements and defect resolution.
• Serve as SME for Customer Success and Support teams, helping them understand and troubleshoot functionality for city/municipality customers.
• Contribute to knowledge base content, training materials, workflows, and best practices.
• Analyze support trends to influence product improvements and reduce case volume.
