Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC) in San Francisco is seeking an IT Business Analyst for SaaS Solutions to analyze business requirements, identify improvements, and optimize SaaS applications that support operations.

The role focuses on translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring SaaS is secure, scalable, and well integrated with existing systems. Responsibilities include collaboration with stakeholders, documentation, training, and ongoing monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in Information Technology, preferably with SaaS solutions.
• Experience in nonprofit, healthcare or human services environments preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and business analysis methodologies.
• Experience or working knowledge of SCIM preferred.
• Experience in system administration within SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for SaaS solutions with stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify technology-driven improvements.
• Support evaluation, selection, and rollout of SaaS applications; coordinate with IT for integration.
• Ensure SaaS solutions meet data security, privacy, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify best SaaS solutions for the company.
• Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and SaaS solutions.
• Provide training and end-user support for SaaS applications.
• Monitor SaaS performance and recommend enhancements.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to remain competitive.
