48forty Solutions LLC seeks an IT Business Systems Operations Analyst to partner with the Sales organization, translating business needs into clear requirements and driving process improvements. The role emphasizes business partnership with a technology lens rather than pure IT implementation.

You will collaborate with Sales leaders, document end-to-end sales workflows, and ensure acceptance criteria are measurable and testable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Business Analyst, process improvement, or similar role with exposure to sales or revenue operations.
• Hands-on experience with sales funnels, funnel stages, lead qualification, conversion metrics, and pipeline velocity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership to understand current pipeline stages, workflows, handoffs, and pain points.
• Map end-to-end sales processes from lead gen to close with current and future-state workflows.
• Analyze sales data to support changes in the sales organization.
• Identify gaps, redundancies and friction points and translate findings into actionable requirements.
• Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to surface requirements and build alignment.
• Capture and document clear functional requirements reflecting stakeholder needs.
