Job summary

Rentvine is seeking an organized Implementation Manager to own customer onboarding and end-to-end client implementations. You will lead kickoff to go-live cycles, write precise SOWs, manage data migrations, and coordinate with accounting, data specialists, and Sales on complex deals.

The role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and delivering on time while maintaining data integrity and successful handoffs to Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or professional services projects — B2B SaaS ideally.
• Real experience scoping work and writing SOWs with measurable outcomes.
• Comfort working with unknown clients and extracting data and requirements from conversations.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering on time.

Responsibilities

• Run an end-to-end portfolio of client implementations from kickoff to go-live and post-launch.
• Build practical project plans with discovery, data migration, configuration, training, and financial cut-over.
• Define scope at kickoff and communicate what the client owes and when.
• Handle scope changes with impact assessment and client sign-off.
• Maintain clear project status so teammates can pick up work easily.
• Scope incoming accounts and write SOWs for team or clients, with concrete timelines.
• Complete risk and dependency tracking, ensuring go-live readiness and successful handoff to CS.
• Lead the client through the process as the single point of accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales on complex deals to scope accurately before signing.
• Develop templates and standards to improve consistency over time.
