Rentvine, LLC. is seeking a project manager to lead client implementations in a fast‑growing SaaS environment. You will own the plan from kickoff to handoff, partner with accounting and data specialists, and ensure data integrity and timely delivery.

You will scope work, write SOWs, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned. This role requires strong communication, meticulous planning, and a data‑driven mindset to drive successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running customer‑facing implementation, onboarding, or professional services projects — B2B SaaS ideally.
• Real experience scoping work and writing SOWs.
• Comfort walking into a conversation cold and scoping accounts.
• Experience carrying a full portfolio at once.
• Solid project management fundamentals — scope, dependencies, critical path, risk tracking, change control, status reporting.
• You keep your project tool current.
• You can get people to deliver without managing them.
• Strong writing. SOWs, change orders, and status updates.
• Clear, calm communication out loud, especially when the news isn't good.
• Comfortable in Excel and Sheets — lookups and data prep.
• Enough financial literacy to poke at a migration and understand budgets.

Responsibilities

• Run a portfolio of client implementations end to end, from kickoff through go-live and the weeks after.
• Build project plans that hold up — sequencing discovery, data migration, configuration, training, and financial cut‑over with realistic timelines.
• Confirm scope at kickoff and clarify what the client owes and when.
• Handle scope changes head‑on with impact analysis and client negotiation.
• Keep project status current and clear so a teammate could pick up your project at any time.
• Scope incoming accounts and write SOWs that define deliverables, requirements, and responsibilities.
