Job summary

Centric Software, Inc. is hiring a License Administrator to manage daily license operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance for software orders. You will work with multiple teams to fulfill orders, track expirations and support customers.

The role requires a business degree and 2+ years in MS Office and customer service, with knowledge of SaaS license systems and Atlassian products considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures to manage creation and distribution of new licenses accurately and promptly.
• Track license expirations and coordinate with Sales Operations on renewals.
• Ensure compliance with Centric's policies and sales orders before fulfilling an order.
• Collaborate with Cloud Operations, Sales Operations, Legal and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate license fulfillment.
• Log actions accurately and create customer accounts with correct products and documentation.
