Job summary

Centric Software is hiring a Product Manager for License Compliance & Entitlements to own how our enterprise customers are provisioned, configured, and governed against the scope of their contracts. This role spans product, compliance, sales, engineering, support, and legal across three hosting models.

You will define entitlement models, build tooling, and map API access to licensing while working with cross-functional teams to prevent misuse and support customer conversations.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in product management, license/entitlement management, or software compliance.
• Direct experience with enterprise software in a B2B context, ideally with single‑tenant, customer-cloud, and/or on-premise deployment models.
• Experience with software licensing, entitlements, or license compliance.
• Product management: owned a roadmap, prioritized across stakeholders, shipped features or tooling in partnership with engineering.
• Strong data fluency — able to analyze usage/configuration data, spot anomalies, and turn findings into a clear narrative and recommendation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Compliance analysis & customer usage review across deployment models.
• Governing API, AI-service, and RPA access licensing and enforcement.
• Product roadmap & tooling: own compliance feature improvements and admin tooling.
• Cross-functional enablement & go-to-market: audits, true-ups, and customer materials.
