TrustedTech is seeking an Account Specialist to manage client cloud subscriptions and billing health. You will act as the primary contact for complex billing inquiries, ensuring subscriptions are accurate, optimized, and aligned with client needs in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have SaaS customer success experience, the ability to navigate Microsoft licensing, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a fast-paced, client-facing role within B2B technology, SaaS, or cloud services.
• Exceptional interpersonal and consultative communication, with customer advocacy experience.
• Experience navigating subscription billing, invoice reconciliation, and financial inquiries.
• High-level organizational rigor for multi-client portfolios and timelines.
• Experience with enterprise CRM or ticketing (e.g., Salesforce, Service Cloud, Zendesk).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ingest and resolve sophisticated billing inquiries, root-cause analysis for accuracy.
• Oversee portal-driven changes and account updates to protect financial integrity.
• Coordinate with Account Management on long-term product adjustments and billing lifecycle strategies.
• Provide guidance on licensing structures and subscription types to clients.
• Execute Adds, Moves, and Changes in cloud portals and tenant configurations.
• Manage support cases raised within the vendor ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft) with proactive follow-up.
• Maintain meticulous records in CRM for issue tracking and resolutions.
• Escalate high-priority client situations to senior management or engineering leads.
