Job summary

Centric Software is seeking a License Administrator to manage and fulfill software licenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance across orders. You will work with Sales Operations, Legal and Revenue Operations to resolve issues and maintain up-to-date license records.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in customer service and MS Office proficiency, with preferred experience in SaaS licensing and Atlassian tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• 2+ years customer service experience - preferably in a similar role.
• Experience with other industry license systems or SaaS and Atlassian products is a plus.
• Experience with cross-platform data synchronization projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carefully follow established procedures to manage the creation and distribution of new licenses accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Track the expiration of licenses and follow up with Sales Operations if a license is about to expire.
• Be trustworthy - Act only when given authorization to distribute a license and follow procedures faithfully.
• Confirm that software products and configurations sold are compliant with Centric's policies before fulfilling an order.
• Collaborate with Cloud Operations, Sales Operations, Legal and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate license fulfillment.
• Purchase products needed for license fulfillment from third-party vendors following procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries and investigate, resolve, or elevate issues promptly for maximum satisfaction.
• Manage access to license records and repositories for internal employees.
• Ensure all product documentation sent to the customer is up to date and compliant with the order configuration.
• Focus on understanding the logic behind software deliverables to troubleshoot issues precisely.
• Create and enable customer accounts with correct order-specific products and documentation.
• Log all actions accurately.
