Job summary

Centric Software is seeking a Product Manager for License Compliance & Entitlements. The role owns how enterprise customers are provisioned, configured, and governed within contract scopes across hosting models, including API access and AI/RPA integrations.

Qualifications

3–7+ years in product management, license/entitlement management, or software compliance.
Direct experience with enterprise software in a B2B context and deployment models.
Demonstrated experience with software licensing, entitlements, or license compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing materials.

Responsibilities

Review customer user configuration and usage data across deployment models to verify contract scope.
Identify license misuse patterns and translate findings into evidence-based summaries.
Define API, AI-service, and RPA access licensing and enforcement policies.
Own a compliance roadmap and collaborate with engineering to improve entitlement tooling.
Create customer-facing materials explaining usage policies and licensing changes.
Support audits, true-ups, and revenue assurance with data-driven storytelling.
