Job summary

Navigate360 Llc is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to coordinate and facilitate the configuration and launch of Navigate360 SaaS tools for new clients. You will manage onboarding timelines, train administrators, and advise on best practices for deployment and adoption, guiding customers through the launch phase of the client lifecycle.

You will communicate effectively with school administrations and understand education terminology and legal requirements for school safety management.

Qualifications

• Requires Associates or Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dynamic communication presence with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience documenting processes and creating customer-facing reference materials.
• Experience leveraging CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Proficiency with PC/Mac and Microsoft Office365.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding configuration and technology integration timelines with customers.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer launch projects to milestones.
• Provide regular, actionable check-ins to ensure launch deliverables are met.
• Conduct training across live, virtual, recorded, and needs-based formats.
• Maintain customer records and health metrics within the designated tools.
• Prepare training webinar content and ensure readiness for deployment.
• Assist with SIS integrations and education technology deployments as needed.
