Job summary

Cordance, through its Campus Kaizen unit, seeks an Implementation Specialist to lead customer onboarding for Guardian Case Management in K–12 and higher education settings. You will bridge customer needs with product teams, ensuring timely, quality implementations and measurable value for districts and institutions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles in SaaS or technology.
• Strong project management skills for multiple customer implementations.
• Familiarity with integration concepts, APIs, and SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with distributed teams.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to streamline delivery.
• Experience supporting customers through process or system changes and guiding adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-launch review.
• Partner with customers to identify use cases, workflows, and success criteria.
• Manage data imports, integrations, and configurations to align with customer needs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support to troubleshoot and optimize implementations.
• Identify recurring onboarding challenges and propose scalable solutions.
• Track implementation metrics, customer satisfaction, and launch readiness.
• Be the voice of the customer in internal discussions to influence roadmap.
• Support customers through adoption and transition to new workflows.
• Monitor scope to ensure alignment with requirements and timelines.
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
