Job summary

Navigate360 is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to help customers configure and launch Navigate360 SaaS solutions. You will coordinate onboarding, manage projects, and deliver training to educators and staff, ensuring a smooth start and adoption of the platform.

In this entry-level role, you will monitor progress, communicate effectively, and tailor sessions to live, virtual, and on-demand formats while staying aligned with project timelines and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
• Passion for ensuring the physical safety of students, faculty, and staff.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and deadlines.
• Experience documenting processes and creating customer-facing materials.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Proficiency in PC/Mac and Microsoft Office365.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent client launch projects with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate onboarding configuration and technology integration with customers.
• Provide regular, actionable check-ins to ensure launch deliverables.
• Deliver training across live, virtual, recorded, and need-based formats.
• Explain Navigate360 SaaS solutions' values and functionalities to clients.
• Manage customer records and monitor progress in the designated system.
• Maintain knowledge of Navigate360 competitors.
