Job summary

Cordance's Campus Kaizen unit seeks an Implementation Specialist to bridge customers and our technology teams for Guardian Case Management. You will manage onboarding for K-12 districts and higher education, translating business needs into actionable configuration, with emphasis on security, compliance, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles in SaaS
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple customer implementations
• Familiarity with integration concepts and APIs across SaaS platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and internal teams
• High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle — from requirements gathering to post-launch review.
• Partner with customers to identify use cases, workflows, and success criteria.
• Manage data imports, integrations, and configurations to align systems with customer needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to troubleshoot issues and optimize implementation processes.
• Identify recurring onboarding challenges and propose scalable, repeatable solutions.
• Track and report implementation metrics, customer satisfaction, and launch readiness.
• Be a voice of the customer to influence roadmap priorities and process improvements.
• Support customers through adoption and enablement of new workflows.
