Figma is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help existing customers scale, manage requests, and close deals from a large account book. You will learn the product platform, collaborate with Support, Billing, and Marketing, and qualify inbound prospects for Account Executives.

Early in the role, you’ll contribute to shaping the strategy of the function as a founding team member. The position is full-time and can be based in New York City or San Francisco, with a late January to February

Qualificações

• Desire to build a career in Sales and progress to Senior Inside Sales Representative and Account Executive roles.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new products, processes, and policies.
• Collaboration across Sales, Support, Billing, and Marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with existing customer accounts through email, Zoom, and Ironclad about the platform and pricing.
• Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions and upgrades.
• Manage inbound billing requests (renewals, payment terms).
• Close targeted outbound account renewals.
• Qualify and handle inbound sales requests.
• Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns for expansion and retention across all products.
