Job summary

Figma in Paris is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to nurture and expand relationships across a large book of accounts. This full-time role sits at our Paris Hub, where you’ll learn the product platform and sales processes while partnering with Support, Billing, and Marketing.

You’ll handle inbound requests for subscriptions, renewals, and expansions, qualify opportunities, and work with Account Executives to move deals forward.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French required.
• Passion to build a career in SaaS sales.
• Strong technical aptitude and quick to learn new products.
• Collaborates across Sales, Support, Billing, and Marketing.
• Independent and motivated to over-achieve.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing accounts via email, Zoom, and other channels about platform and pricing.
• Close inbound requests for subscriptions, add licenses, and upgrade plans.
• Manage inbound billing requests, renewals, and payment changes.
• Close targeted outbound account renewals.
• Qualify and route inbound sales requests.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to drive expansion and retention.
