Job summary

Figma’s Inside Sales Representative role involves handling existing customer accounts, closing subscription expansions, and guiding inquiries through the sales process. You’ll work with Support, Billing, and Marketing to maximize expansion and retention while learning Figma’s platform and sales processes.

This is a full-time role based in NYC or San Francisco, with a start window in early 2027. You’ll qualify inbound requests, partner with Marketing on proactive campaigns, and strive to grow

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing customer accounts via email, Zoom, and other tools.
• Close inbound requests for subscriptions and expansions.
• Manage inbound billing requests and renewals.
• Qualify and route inbound prospects to the Sales team.
• Collaborate with Marketing on expansion and retention campaigns.
