Job summary

Townsquare Interactive, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant for our Uptown Charlotte office to drive growth with small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. You’ll sell an all-in-one SaaS and digital marketing platform and partner with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

This role offers strong training, uncapped commissions, and a clear path for career development within a high-energy, collaborative sales environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inside sales, B2B sales, or customer-facing experience (SaaS a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in virtual presentations and consultative selling.
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
• BA/BS degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. to understand their goals and challenges.
• Conduct virtual consultations and product demonstrations.
• Recommend tailored SaaS and digital marketing solutions that drive measurable results.
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through close.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow-up.
• Partner with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
