Job summary

Townsquare Interactive is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to partner with small and medium-sized businesses nationwide from our Downtown Phoenix office. You will drive growth by presenting our all-in-one SaaS and digital marketing platform, closing deals, and building a robust pipeline through outbound outreach.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of inside sales or B2B experience, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 year of inside sales, B2B sales, or customer-facing experience (SaaS a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Connect with SMBs across the U.S. to understand goals and challenges.
• Conduct virtual consultations and product demonstrations.
• Recommend tailored SaaS and digital marketing solutions for measurable results.
• Manage the sales process from outreach through close.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow-up.
• Partner with onboarding teams for a seamless client experience.
