Townsquare Interactive in Charlotte, NC is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to learn the sales process through hands-on training and live coaching. You’ll make outbound calls to small business owners, uncover needs, and tailor digital marketing solutions that drive results.

No prior sales experience is required; a BA/BS degree is preferred. Expect a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, plus PTO, holidays, and strong training to advance your sales career.
