Job summary

Townsquare Interactive, LLC is hiring an Inside Sales Consultant in our Uptown Charlotte, NC office to partner with small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. You will drive growth using our all-in-one SaaS and digital marketing platform, conduct virtual demos, and guide clients from outreach to close in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inside sales, B2B sales, or customer-facing experience (SaaS a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in virtual presentations and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Connect with small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. to understand their goals and challenges.
• Conduct virtual consultations and product demonstrations.
• Recommend tailored SaaS and digital marketing solutions that drive measurable results.
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through close.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow-up.
• Partner with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
