Job summary

Townsquare Interactive in Phoenix, AZ is hiring an Inside Sales Consultant to drive growth for small and medium-sized businesses nationwide. You will conduct virtual consultations, demonstrate our SaaS and digital marketing platform, and guide clients from outreach to close, building a strong pipeline.

The role is an in-office position with base salary plus uncapped commissions, generous PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

1+ year of inside sales or B2B experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building.
Comfort with virtual presentations and consultative selling.
Self-motivated and metrics-driven in a fast-paced environment.
Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Connect with small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. to understand their goals and challenges.
Conduct virtual consultations and product demonstrations
Recommend tailored SaaS and digital marketing solutions that drive measurable results
Manage the sales process from initial outreach through close
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow‑up
Partner with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client experience
