Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to own the full sales cycle for our SaaS solutions. This hybrid role operates from our Lincoln, NE office with regular in-office collaboration days, part of the Inside Sales team.

You will prospect, research, and engage independent agency owners, map their goals to our offerings, and drive quota attainment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business or territory growth targets.
• Strong consultative selling skills addressing business objectives and challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with high energy in a competitive, collaborative team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across our technology solutions.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, account research, follow-up, and territory planning.
• Consult with independent agency owners as a trusted advisor to map needs to solutions.
• Consistently meet and exceed annual sales quota.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun team environment.
