Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to manage the full sales cycle for our SaaS solutions, serving independent insurance agencies. The role operates in a hybrid model with in-office days in Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, or Lincoln.

You will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities, collaborating with a fast-paced Inside Sales team. A minimum of 2 years in quota-carrying sales and CRM familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed new business or territory growth targets.
• Strong consultative selling skills; coach prospects on objectives and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle within a solution-selling approach.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and territory planning.
• Consult with independent agency owners to map goals to our solutions.
• Consistently meet and exceed annual sales quota.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
