Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant in a Hybrid role operating from Chicago, with offices in Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, or Lincoln. You will own the full sales cycle for our SaaS insurance technology solutions, generating pipeline, engaging independent agencies, and consistently meeting quotas.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in quota-carrying B2B sales, strong consultative skills, and experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business/territory growth targets.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to map client needs to solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; high energy in a competitive team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across our technology solutions.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and territory planning.
• Consult with independent agency owners as a trusted advisor.
