Applied Systems is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to join our Inside Sales team and own the full sales cycle for our SaaS solutions, helping independent insurance agencies reach their goals.

This hybrid role requires 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales, strong consultative skills, and a proven track record of meeting targets. You will prospect, negotiate, and close across multiple offices including Lincoln.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong consultative selling and coaching of prospects on business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close.
• Generate new pipeline via outbound prospecting, account research, follow-up, and territory planning.
• Consult with independent agency owners as trusted advisor, mapping goals to solutions.
• Consistently meet and exceed your annual sales quota.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
