Townsquare Interactive in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to drive new business for our nationwide SaaS solutions. You will partner with small and medium-sized businesses, conducting virtual consultations and live product demonstrations to tailor our digital marketing platform to their needs.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in inside or B2B sales, strong communication, and a coachable, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of inside sales, B2B sales, or customer-facing experience (SaaS a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present virtually and conduct product demos.
• Motivated, coachable, and results-driven.
• BA/BS degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. to understand their goals and challenges.
• Conduct virtual consultations and product demonstrations.
• Recommend tailored SaaS and digital marketing solutions that drive measurable results.
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through close.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow-up.
• Partner with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
