Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven success in inside sales with leadership experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales team through ongoing training and performance management.
• Drive daily sales activity and accountability to meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
• Provide motivating leadership to maximize conversions and coaching opportunities.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and reviews to support development plans.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report team performance and KPIs to senior leadership.
• Leverage CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and performance.
