You’ll collaborate with leadership, optimize the sales process, and ensure a superior prospect experience from first contact to close. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business-related fields and a proven track record in inside sales, with strong CRM and KPI management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven success in inside sales, with leadership experience.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets (transactional sales okay).
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM, and KPI management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing inside sales team through training and feedback.
• Drive daily sales activity and accountability to meet monthly revenue goals.
• Provide motivating leadership to maximize conversions and conversation quality.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings to support development plans.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Track and report team performance and KPIs to senior leadership.
• Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline and performance.
