Applied Systems is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to join our Inside Sales team and own the full sales cycle for our SaaS solutions. The role targets independent insurance agencies, guiding them through prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and close.

You will generate pipeline via disciplined outbound prospecting, account research, and territory planning while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Hybrid work model with in-office days in Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, or Lincoln.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting and research.
• Consult with independent agency owners as a trusted advisor.
• Meet and exceed annual sales quota.
