Vertical Insure, Inc. in Minneapolis is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a hybrid role with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will sell embedded insurance policies directly to customers, build pipeline and activate partner platforms to drive adoption.

You’ll be coached weekly, measured on pipeline and closed business, and collaborate with CDRs and AEs to target software platforms. Local candidates only; travel is minimal.

Formación

• 1+ years in a B2B sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating targets for activity, pipeline or closed business.
• Clear, confident communication by phone, email and video, including high-volume outreach.
• Comfort with cold calling and handling rejection.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
• Curiosity and persistence to research accounts and drive conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Close new clients and activate existing ones.
• Build pipeline and book meetings across target accounts.
• Qualify opportunities and drive to close with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CDRs and AEs to align on target platforms and handoffs.
• Know your vertical and tailor outreach and discovery conversations.
• Keep CRM data clean and up to date, and report results.
