Job summary

Veoci is seeking a talented Implementation Specialist to join our team and support customers through implementation of the Veoci software. You will lead multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience implementing software for external customers, strong communication, and project-management skills. The role offers remote or hybrid work with onsite in New Haven, CT four days a week and travel a few times

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years implementing software for external customers.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Lead end-to-end implementation process, managing client expectations for a positive experience.
• Create and maintain detailed implementation plans (milestones, resources, deliverables, tasks, risk) and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to configure solutions per client specifications.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues during implementation.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand motivations and roles.
• Provide technical support during pre-sales activities and feasibility assessments.
• Provide regular reports on ongoing implementations to management.
• Maintain thorough documentation of implementation processes and client communications.
