Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is hiring Implementation Project Managers for Ostro to lead complex software implementations from kickoff to go-live.

You will act as the bridge between internal teams and external clients, driving on-time launches in fast-paced 6–12 week cycles. You will coordinate delivery with Product, Sales, and Support while proactively identifying risks and ensuring successful outcomes for life sciences clients.

Qualifications

• Portfolio management experience coordinating 5–10 SaaS implementations across multiple projects.
• Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Technical comfort with SaaS platforms and one-way system integrations.
• PMP certification or equivalent (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Manage software implementation projects from kickoff to go-live with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and propose solutions to keep timelines.
• Configuration & QA: Configure client applications using no-code flow builder, test before release, and prepare annotations for regulatory submissions.
• Client Advisory: Maintain clear communication to guide clients through successful launches.
