Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of mid-sized customer implementation projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate status meetings and align stakeholders.
