Job summary

PSC Biotech, through PSC Software, is seeking a results-driven project manager for a remote, full-time 12-18 month W2 contract. The role is based on the East Coast with travel to client sites as needed.

You will lead client implementations, manage scope and budget, and coordinate across Business Development, Account Management, and Engineering to ensure successful go-lives and transitions to ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business/Life sciences or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in SaaS implementation, client services, or project management.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent client projects and managing scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from kickoff to closeout and transition to support.
• Serve as primary client contact; set expectations and provide status updates.
• Create and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and actions.
• Coordinate implementation engineers, validation specialists, and cross-functional teams.
• Gather requirements; support scoping, estimation, and approvals.
