Job summary

You will identify risks early, run status meetings, and track project health, budget, and timelines while upholding security and compliance controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of project management experience in SaaS or enterprise software; PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading customer-facing projects with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of mid-sized customer implementation projects and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.
• Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
