AbsenceSoft is seeking a Project Manager II to lead mid-sized customer implementations, delivering on time and within scope while aligning with client objectives. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and serve as the main point of contact for clients.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in SaaS or enterprise software project management, with strong communication and stakeholder management. The role is remote-first with opportunities for growth and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in SaaS or enterprise software; PMP, CAPM, or Agile certs preferred.
• Proven success leading customer-facing projects with strong stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities; proficiency with PM tools/methodologies.
• Problem-solver who anticipates risks and communicates effectively with technical and business audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility.
• Experience with HR technology or leave management solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Project Manager II to lead the delivery of mid-sized customer implementation projects, ensuring AbsenceSoft solutions are deployed on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. In this role, you'll manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing customer needs with internal resources while driving consistent, high-quality delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own end-to-end delivery of mid-sized customer implementation projects, developing project plans and coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.
• Identify project risks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
• Track and report on project health, budget, and timelines, contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Help maintain organizational security and compliance controls within your role.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Final compensation is determined based on a candidate's relevant experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for annual bonus.

The pay range for this role is:

92,600 - 115,750 USD per year (US National)
