Job summary

PrismHR is a fast-paced SaaS company delivering cloud-based payroll, benefits and HR software to PEOs, ASOs and staffing firms, seeking a Product Consultant to implement new customers and advise existing ones on best practices.

As part of the PrismHR Professional Services Team you will own customer relationships, gather requirements, document designs and manage multiple implementations in an Agile environment, delivering measurable value from initiation to go-live.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience PEO/ASO/Staffing, Payroll and Implementation software.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship to understand business requirements and provide best-practice guidance for PrismHR solutions.
• Document requirements using functional design documents and statements of work.
• Maintain all project documentation and communicate status to management.
• Manage multiple projects to meet quality standards and expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust, Agile solutions.
• Design and execute complex merges and customer processes.
• Deliver presentations to customers remotely and in person.
