Job summary

Palco, Inc is seeking a Project Manager in Allentown, PA to lead SaaS implementation initiatives from charter to client handoff. You will coordinate with product, IT, and operations teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and company strategy.

You will manage multiple deployments, plan with stakeholders, gather requirements, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably leading software implementations.
• Experience in healthcare, human services, self-direction programs, Medicaid, LTSS, or related industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid and PMBOK.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client and program implementations through onboarding and implementation life cycle.
• Collaborate with sales, product, operations, engineering, customer support, and implementation teams to align with client objectives.
• Gather and analyze client business requirements to develop implementation plans and recommendations.
