Job summary

HR Soul is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to bring structure to complex software implementations and keep projects moving from kickoff through go-live. You will lead client-facing implementations and internal tech initiatives, translating business needs into technical deliverables.

The role requires managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment across IT, product, and operations, while maintaining a steady, client-focused approach throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5+ years leading software implementations or technology projects.
• Experience managing end-to-end software implementations (SaaS/healthcare).

Responsibilities

• Own projects from kickoff through completion with planning, requirements, implementation, testing, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
• Build detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Lead client-facing software implementations and internal technology initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, product, development, operations, and clients.
• Translate requirements into actionable deliverables for technical teams.
• Lead UAT planning, defect tracking, go-live readiness and post-implementation reviews.
