Job summary
Neighborly Software, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream SaaS implementations for state agencies, large cities, and enterprise clients. You will own delivery plans, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications across internal teams and customer teams.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in business, 5+ years guiding enterprise SaaS projects, PMP certification, and a proven ability to manage multiple large initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years of business experience with 5+ years leading complex SaaS implementations.
- PMP certification required.
- Strong command of project management methodologies, governance, and risk frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple large projects with competing priorities.
- Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project plans for multi-workstream SaaS implementations with internal and client stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate multiple enterprise projects, ensuring governance and timely decisions.
- Deliver status reports, executive summaries, and progress updates with clear next steps.
- Facilitate effective meetings, document decisions, and track risks, actions, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Client Support, Sales, and Leadership on scope and delivery.
